「I booked five nights. The first night was not very good experience. They gave me a very bad room. And then I told them the room was very bad. The manager checked the room and they felt bad. They apologise to me. And then they upgraded me to the suite. I am so happy not because they upgraded me. Is because they really treat the customer very serious. Breakfast were served in good portion and varieties. 「The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is just next to the Shinagawa Station. I feel good especially when I was taking my baggage from the airport. The reception and the restaurant staff are all very friendly and nice.
