"This hotel is lovely, situated next to a park and across from the Jing'an Temple. The subway is on the same block as the hotel, which makes travel around Shanghai easy. I particularly liked that there were no carpets in the rooms. "

"Couldn’t be better. Rooms were plush. The river view is amazing, so be sure to get a river view if you will be spending any time in the room. It was my husbands birthday and they put balloons and a lovely cake for him. We loved it!"

It is beautiful, clean, right beside a big mall full of dining options and close by to the metro. The front desk staff are very helpful, but especially Ella. She is the kindest lady and goes above and beyond with her customer service that makes you feel like you have a friend and are taken care of.
