「When I was taking shower, suddenly all light was off and I took the shower in a darkness. When I enquire whether there was any problem for the electricity in the hotel, the staff said that it was normal and the electricity was stable. The staff eventually arranged another bedroom to us. However, the bedroom was found very dirty with insect inside. The hair dryer was terribly dusty with hair. I and my husband wanted to have dinner at the restaurant but there was no staff for us to make an order....

「Super unhelpful staff. I was told there was no aircon because we weren't staying in one of their "executive rooms" so the front desk staff suggested me to open the windows. We didn't feel safe because the room was on the ground floor facing right at a public car park for commercial vehicles (the hotel/motel is located on the route of highway M25). The staff then offered me an electric fan but it took them more than 2 hours to get it (after I walked back and forth to the front desk and chased...
