"Our party of five had a pleasant stay at Brown Suites. It’s located right in Sinchon and a minute walk to the metro station. We really enjoyed the Sinchon shopping and dining area nearby with many choices and seeing lots of young people there. Though the unit is a bit dated, the staff keeps everything clean and comfortable. Special kudos to Mr. Chang Duk Oh, who spoke English very well, and helped us arrange a ride to Incheon Airport on our check-out day. Thank you! High recommend!"

"Subway was walkable from the property. About 7 min. Hotel staff were very accomodating and good at communication. I docked some points for cleaniness because one night the bed change had a stain on the pillowcase. They were quick to change it the next day when I asked. Also, the smell of sewer was very rancid some nights. It consumed the smell of the whole room. It was hard to tolerate and we had to leave until the smell was gone."

The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate.
