"Staff at both check in and check out were pleasant and professional. The room was both clean and pleasant. The view is sensational. My only gripe is that I was invoiced for a chocolate bar from the mini bar which we did not take. An email regarding this has been ignored. The cost of the chocolate is really of no consequence, but a reply email surely is not to much to ask for."

"We stayed for 1 night and enjoyed ourselves. The pool area was great, and the restaurant produced nice food. I thought the rooms were a great set up, and was nice to have seperate rooms for the kids. That being said, the lounges are tiny and not comfortable. The gym is sub par and felt the reception could be more friendly. When we arrived, the staff continued their personal conversation instead of greeting us.
