"We really enjoyed our stay at Cliffside. Location was great with easy access to airport, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, scenic points. And the views were outstanding. Every night we enjoyed watching paragliders fly by us. We even saw whales and lots of seals from the patio."

"I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

"David's apartment is a beautiful, well-maintained, and nicely-furnished 2-bedroom located near 9th st and Folsom st. It has everything you'd need for a long-term stay. The front bedroom is the nicer of the two: the natural light and desk make for a very comfortable space. The back bedroom has no desk and the window looks out directly into the siding of the building, so there's no view. But the room is comfy. Both rooms have closets and tons of storage space. It is an easy 15-20 minute walk to the Financial District, close to the freeway, as well as many other locations throughout the city. It was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed. The host was super! Communication was quick and clear. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at the SoMa Loft again."
