"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Mum and daughter stay. Booked a Premium Room, also got a complimentary upgrade on the other room. Booked for dinner and breakfast as extra's, which as always was fabulous. Friendly staff, especially the reception team. Beautiful new reception area, which is stunning."

"Rooms were clean but small for a family. Not much space for clothes. Food in the evening was shocking and expensive for what you got. "
