“Very convenient to go to city centre, Very nice Breakfast. Space & comfortable room . Just the bath tub & Wash Basin were not draining as fast as usually do , perhasp it's clogging.... We would like to live in again for next trip . ”

“The building was beautiful, room super comfy and the food excellent. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The only minor issue we had was accessibility - there is only a very small lift that we could only just fit our pram into. Additionally, as someone who is pumping milk it would have been useful to have a fridge in the room, which I did call ahead and ask about, but there may have been some confusion. The staff were great about storing it for me in their fridge,……

“We booked here as our Daughter was married at Salmesbury Hall ,there was an initial problem on arrival due to a problem with the water pump however Becky and the team could not do enough for us .Comfy beds ”

“Friendly staff and clean, spacious room. Not easy to walk there from the rail station. However, One can get there easily through a steel bridge (which was not shown in the map) linking it to the Freeman’s Quoy Centre at the Peninsula, near the Premier Inn Durham. Good and reasonably priced dinner.”
