“Booked this hotel at the last minute and boy did we get a great deal. We were greeted on reception by a lovely friendly lady unfortunately I did not get her name but she was really welcoming. Our room was large and spacious, large comfy bed the view was over looking Bournemouth conference centre but step out side your room and the views our of Bournemouth pier. Bathroom with shower was spotless. Inside wardrobe was safe for personal belongings oh and an iron. Breakfast. Was help yourself to……

“Lovely hotel and room was lovely and clean and comfortable, yet the hotel itself could do with a good dust as the picture frames on the stairs etc looked quite dusty. 70% of the staff were very friendly and helpful however 30% were a bit robotic, however the service itself was very good. ”

“Good location, that's it. If you have budget concern, you can stall some where else, it is not worthy to pay so high to stay here, you will find others better. Of course, if location is matter to you, then this hotel's location is good, very good. ”
