「This is a really lovely apartment, comfortably appointed with many niceties. We stayed here because of its close proximity to Mass General/B&W Faulkner Hospital, where my husband was having major surgery. Hitesh and Priyanka were incredibly kind and patient, especially given my slow responsiveness to messages due to my distractions while caring for my husband at the hospital. 「I've visited Salem five times and this is the absolute best place to stay! Place was immaculate and spacious. It is in the center of town and easy walking distance to EVERYTHING! Will definitely stay there my next visit.」

「Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.」
