"Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again."

"This is a really good value option for anyone visiting Brighton. The rooms are compact but the bed was very comfortable. The owner is friendly and sorts things out very quickly when you check in. It is also in easy walking distance of the Concorde 2 music venue. So handy if you are seeing a gig there."

"The room was fine and we were impressed that we got service on day two without requesting it. We were not really prepared to have no staff on site. It would have been good to be able to leave bags on the last day as our train to Gatwick was late in the day."

"Cute and cosy hotel. Great location to access the beach and a nearby music venue. Short walk to the pier. Wish I could have seen the exterior of the townhouse turned hotel, but it was under construction and covered in scaffolding. "

"The property looked clean and presentable. The room was smaller than i expected, especially the bathroom i didnt even attempt to use the shower because it looked so cramped. We had a little trouble accessing the property at first because the email hadnt arrived with details how to input access code etc but luckily the gentleman came by and confirmed my reservation and instructed how to use the access code reader. "The television didn’t work. There was a broken lamp hidden behind a chair. There was too much furniture and artwork in the room. I was worried about the amount of cabling and extension leads used in the room. There was a pile of random chargers, cleaning products and items on a shelf outside the room. "

"We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. "
