"The Sylvia Hotel is a beautiful, historic hotel with a lot of charm. Our room and bathroom were very spacious with large windows and lots of light. It was convenient to the water taxi at False Creek to go to the Granville Market and also to the sea wall walk and Stanley Park. "

"Nice old hotel w/reasonable upgrades. They wont allow you to even bring in your water bottle or coffee cup into either Pub ir Dining rm.... I get it to some degree. Its just that when you are older and need water to deal with everyday coughing, you aren't allowed to have that w/ you while waiting for service, etc."
