"This rental was perfect for my stay. It's walking distance to my favorite coffee shop in Culver City. There is an assigned parking space included with the rental, which worked out great for me! The space itself was very clean when I arrived. The check in process was also super easy! The JBYT team was very attentive and communicative as well. Definitely will book again! "

"Having a beer after a long day watching a hawk soar down the valley on a 75 degree day is perfection and it’s how I ended each day in this place. It is a little on the small side, so I wouldn’t recommend more than one person, but it was perfect for me a Paco, my furry companion."

"Ray sent us the check-in details well in time so that getting to and into the property was smooth and easy. The apartment was clean and the kitchen very well stocked, which was perfect for our needs. On check-out day, Ray sent a message letting us know we didn't have to worry about cleaning, etc. and to just enjoy our remaining time there. We did do the dishes anyway because leaving a bunch of dirty dishes felt too weird. But what a gracious host!"

"It is a clean comfortable place with a swimming pool just for those staying there. It is a nice quiet neighborhood with many good restaurants in the area if you want to eat out. We had breakfast and lunch at the rental place, and went out for dinner in the evening. We enjoyed swimming every day. It was great!"

"I met up with my son and daughter-in-law who were in a couple of weddings this weekend. One was at Duke's which is an easy walk across the street. The place was so convenient, clean, and had everything we needed. My son's college roommates had the unit next door, which was a total coincidence. There are some beautiful beaches nearby to check out and the Santa Monica peer is a close car or uber ride. Would love to go back again."

"Super nice, very clean, right on the beach. Of course I would rather there was air conditioning, but even coming off of a heatwave my room was not bad with windows open and fans going. The only issue I had was parking, I didn't realize how far the parking would be from the hotel, which was difficult to schlep back and forth with luggage. Easy walk a few blocks or even up the beach to dinner and entertainment in the evenings. If you stay, head over to Santa Monica and visit Chez Jay!"
