The staff was great and really nice. The room was nice too but the “couch” was a futon not a pull out couch. The windows also didn’t seal well so when a man decided to come by the alley at 1 in the morning and yell profanities for about 30 minutes we heard it all. And the next morning when another guy decided to stand outside of the property for hours yelling about nonsense, spewing profanities and threatening people for hours we (including our 8 year old) heard every little bit. As lovely as the view and location was, I don’t think we’ll be returning.

Everything was awesome except the loud guy with loud speaker that sits outside the hotel on the walkway .. sorry just some of The stuff he was saying and the noise level … But ya it’s Venice beach !! Loved the rooftop and the brick and the decor inside . And staff . Very Nice young woman checking us in ( after noon shift I guess ) and saw her again . Great gal Thank you
