「我們來檳城唯一的住宿酒店，整體很滿意，有送每天的單趟旅遊店載送服務，非常的貼心，但是每天都要先預約，旁邊就是夜市及很多商家，所以生活機能非常不錯，只是早餐要排隊，早餐的餐廳座位空間太小，早餐的菜色及變化也很少，是美中不足的地方，住宿期間剛好一部電梯在維修，不過有另外二部電梯，時間上還部至於耽擱太久，可惜的是時間的因素，無法將酒店的額外設施好好玩一遍，希望下次有機會在去檳城時能夠再入住一次。」

「Great location to eating places. All within walking distant. New lane, Kimberley food street. Chowraster markets, Clear Line Nasi Kandar .. all nearby. The hotel is an heritage venue.. the suite are actually adjoining rooms which gives good space and privacy for 4 pax. The wooden antiquity wardrobe doors creaks. And toilet doors creaks too. We stayed at the ground floor rooms facing the parking lot. Could be noisy at night when people talked loudly at the carpark. But it’s just our lock on that...

「The hotel placed us at the second floor facing main street which is very noisy with traffic especiaccly in the early morning. Next time I demand either higher floor and rooms not facing the main street.」

「Poor services. Need to wait long for check-in. I asked for a few hangers and I didn't get them until I repeated the request for 3 times. One of the toilets was stucked so I asked the staff to fix it. One guy came and checked the problem in the morning and promised to fix it soon after we go out. When we came back at night, it was not fixed yet. I had to request again at the front desk. Finally a guy came and fixed it just in a few minutes.
