"This renovated hotel was clean and comfortable and an excellent value. My only complaint about the room was that there was no sofa or armchairs, just one office chair. It's on the outskirts of Pikeville, somewhat difficult to find, but there's decent access to Hwy 23. There's only one easily accessible elevator; people with serious mobility issues should look elsewhere. There's a Mexican restaurant on the property and lots of fast food restaurants nearby. "

"Absolutely amazing!! My group booked a riding/ camping trip at Hatfield McCoy Trails, but our campsite got washed out from a storm. Fox Run Resort was the perfect solution! Short distance from the trails. Quick 6 min machine ride to Devils Anse trailhead. The hosts, Shawn and Lexi, were so accommodating with helping my group. The clean room was the perfect size for a group of four. Plenty of towels, games, and a cute kitchenette. There was a beautiful deck with lots of seating for larger groups...

"It was a great place to stay nice and clean cottage everything you needed , located in a private area. The owner of the cottage had checked on us occasionally to see if we needed anything and said if we didn't have what we needed just let him know he would make sure we had it. They were very nice people. We even got to meet his family. We enjoyed a few nice evenings sitting by a fire, listening to music and cooking out on a grill that was provided with the rental property also had an on-site...
