Canary Islands All-inclusive Hotel

"It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...

"cleaners came late in day and in the morning seem to start later when people coming to sit by the pool. Excellent food and entertainment. Staff fabulous! Couldn’t fault the service or hotel. This was our first visit and will be back. "

"This Hotel is not worth anywhere near what we paid. Rooms were tired and outdated. Old scabby blankets and bed sheets. Shower that you had to keep stopping or it overflows out of the basin. I requested a pool view months before travel and they didn’t even try to help. The buffet was basic and slapped together. We are breakfast and didn’t bother with other meals. DON’T GO ALL INCLUSIVE. drinks are watered down tripe. You’d put your towels on a lounger at 08.30 and go get breakfast only to return...

"The Location was perfect, just across the road from the beach. Lovely Hotel and friendly staff. There wasn't a great selection of drinks for All-Inclusive package. No option to buy different drinks. Poolside Music too loud at certain points of the day and the same music played each day was annoying! Hard to relax when Volume was too loud."

"Great hotel great facilities hotel staff really nice. Food wasn’t as good this time but lots of choice and there is always something that we like. Only let down was cleaners come very early sometimes and on one occasion missed our room entirely. Reception corrected this and arranged new bedding brought to our even though it was 9pm at night. "

"Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Food is ok, nothing bad just standard all inclusive buffet. We chose bed and breakfast and ate out. Rooms nice, all very clean and good facilities. Swimming pool (preferred) is a lovely area to chill."
