"Spotlessly clean, comfortable suites, great location "

"Great hotel, not quite 5 star compared to the Caribbean, Greece or Turkey. Welcome - No welcome drink, but we did get our room earlier than check in which we were grateful of. Room - Faultless except, you have to ask to restock the mini fridge for water or soft drinks. Facilities - Good. La Sal Buffet - Excellent food, quality and choice. "It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...

"cleaners came late in day and in the morning seem to start later when people coming to sit by the pool. Excellent food and entertainment. Staff fabulous! Couldn’t fault the service or hotel. This was our first visit and will be back. "

"This Hotel is not worth anywhere near what we paid. Rooms were tired and outdated. Old scabby blankets and bed sheets. Shower that you had to keep stopping or it overflows out of the basin. I requested a pool view months before travel and they didn’t even try to help. The buffet was basic and slapped together. We are breakfast and didn’t bother with other meals. DON’T GO ALL INCLUSIVE. drinks are watered down tripe. You’d put your towels on a lounger at 08.30 and go get breakfast only to return...
