I liked the hotel a lot. There are a lot people in the hotel trying to get you to book your next stay, or book excursions. It got to a point where we would try to avoid those areas were these sales people lurked. I also was a little disappointed with amount of loud music being played during the day. I would rather hear the ocean waves crash. But I did enjoy a quiet part of the pool, where I had great service.

I booked this hotel hoping I will enjoy and relax, oh boy was I right! You have to have really strong will to say no, to great food and drinks that are offered to you on every step. Choices of restaurants are limited but very good. Most of time I would order "catch of a day" and every time it was great. House vine was Spanish and it hit the spot. Buffet had all sorts of delicious food and I don't know how but papaya was the best I ever had. There is also steakhouse that was included for one night and they had extra addons like Tomahawk steak but the prices were little bit ridicules. We stayed in included menu and it was good. There was 12 people traveling with me and we had 5 rooms. Booking through Expedia gave us free upgrade so we had Concierge!!! Yes that was really pleasant surprise. I just wish I knew that beforehand :) The beach was nice and my kids spent all day jumping in waves. Pool area was great and pool bar was awesome. Kids would get pizza and ice cream (I recommend passionfruit one) when they get hungry. I didn't like that they didn't let me to go to adult only section with the pool but I do understand. The sections were allowed by color of your bracelet that was also a room key! I liked that a lot. They had different entertainment through out the day and escape rooms but they were little too pricey for my taste. All in all it was great time for me and whole big family, kids loved it and I will come back. I recommend it!

The staff were really rude, limited dining, pool bar closed Saturday and Sundays. The buffet didn’t have any variety of food. Definitely not a great experience!

Beachfront and lagunafront. Excellent service by most of the staff. Agave Azul, Cielo, Santé and Sal are amazing restaurants. We love our bartenders Alejandro "Diablito" and Luis at the Santé Bar, our server Julio at the Atrium Cafe, our server Axel at Santé Restaurant. The selection of alcohol beverages is very good. Our cleaning ladies at 5604 and 5411 rooms are excellent!

The only good thing about Paradisus cancun is the property. They seemed extremely short staffed. Food choices are not at all good other than desserts and breakfast was fine. My kids didn’t like anything they had to offer. They also made us wait 20-30 minutes even though most of the tables were empty. They only set tables when people cue up. We found it was at times harder to find water specially when restaurants were closed. Only option was to go to the room and get water from the beach. This is my worst experience for an all-inclusive that I’ve been too. Also, this was my first time in Mexico. I would definitely be choosing Dominican over Mexico next time because when you tip the staff they really take care of you. Didn’t seem the same with what I experienced at Paradisus Cancun. Never returning here again. Especially if you have little children, avoid this resort as there’s nothing for kids here other than pool.
