While the room and shower were on the smaller/older side, everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely some of the better accommodations in the neighborhood. Grounds were nice, parking was a little tough but safe lot, off the street. Air conditioner was ICE cold which is nice on a 99 degree day. 「The house itself was neat and clean. We had no complaints with the house. It was exactly as we expected. The area closer to the beach was a little "sketchy" and run down. Having 2 vehicles in our party and having to park one of them a block away and walking back and forth was a little inconvenient, but thankfully, the weather was nice - no rain and not too hot or too cold. Overall, I'd rent the property again for a short stay, as we did this time for the night before a cruise, or a longer stay...
