From the minute we walked in and met Abdullah at the front desk, we knew that this was a special place. He was genuinely interested in our comfort and hospitality. Everything was good for a one night stay before the cruise. The only thing was that I had messaged hotel about booking our shuttle to cruise and they confirmed they booked it for us. However when we arrived for check in they said there was nothing booked. Also the shuttle arrived later than expected and caused us to wait for it in the lobby longer than expected.
