Don't waste your previous time to them!

1. They would try their very best to sell you their hotel club program, it will cost you 2 hrs to listen to them. 2. And their breakfast is awful, no need to try. 3. No one helped you tidy up your room no matter how many days you stay there, only 1 washing powder you would get. 4. They have a ticket office to book many recreational program (including Disney tickets),don't trust. It is not cheaper than the Disney official websites, and their system is a mess, my tickets bought from them, could not connect to Disney App at all.

Rooms are well stocked with cooking utensils. Room was ckean stayed in 900 building 2 bedroom very comfortable for 6 people. Stayed in building ten also a little older model but very comfortable. Very close to fast food and disney. Great stay!

The stay was fine but not all rooms are equal. We had 2 2 bedroom units. One was great, but the other had very worn furniture and smelled musty.

From the second, I arrived at this property I should’ve known it was going to be a disastrous day. The front desk staff didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. When they finally acknowledged us, they said we’ll be back in just a minute and came back five minutes later to check me in. Then we got to our room and immediately when we walked in it smelled like cigarette smoke. There are two bedrooms in this unit and although there’s a lot of space in this property, the bedrooms were so outdated. The beds have so much dust behind them on the carpet on the floor. The window shades were broken and when I tried to close them one of the blades fell down. The bathroom had chips all over the tile and the tub. There was mold in the ceiling in the bathrooms. The dryer wouldn’t dry after two solid cycles. And every night there was people in the parking lot that were partying out of the back of their car as if there’s no security anywhere on the property. Silver Lake overall? Clean, beautiful, friendly. Loved having a kitchenette with a microwave and a mini fridge, as well as a balcony and a very soft, cloudy king sized bed (room was awesome). Ice was easily accessible, they have a nice movie theater and lobby, front desk was very responsive, *most* staff was friendly and helpful. Wi-fi? Eh. Could be better, comes and goes. Capital Vacations, though? A big NO. As soon as I stepped into the building and was trying to retrieve my parking pass, I was convinced to pay $40 for an upcoming presentation in order to get free goodies at the end (which I wasn’t going to qualify for anyway and I found out afterwards). I’m not going to go into detail, but it was a total scam and I ended up losing the money. Don’t recommend.

Room in neglected shape. Main TV never worked for a week. Very unaccommodating staff. Cabana made a Gin drink without tonic and called it tonic; wouldn't replace. Never stepped foot in the cabana again, not any of the six adults in our party. Kitchen sink stunk but they did fix that. Can't believe they try to sell time shares here in a main lobby that has leak stains all over the ceiling. Yuk.

The hot tub was dirty on the bottom the pool I let them know that there was things floating on the bottom of the pool in the one off to the side and it was there for 7 days My room had no internet all week In the building I stayed in the floors in front of the elevators look like someone had spilt on the floor and did not get cleaned the 7 days I was there. Main floor and 2nd floor. The pressure to become a member was unreal. and made me want to leave the property as I did not want to run into those people again. I was thinking of being a member but after talking with people about their stay I would be think even harder
