Don't waste your previous time to them!

1. They would try their very best to sell you their hotel club program, it will cost you 2 hrs to listen to them. 2. And their breakfast is awful, no need to try. 3. No one helped you tidy up your room no matter how many days you stay there, only 1 washing powder you would get. 4. They have a ticket office to book many recreational program (including Disney tickets),don't trust. It is not cheaper than the Disney official websites, and their system is a mess, my tickets bought from them, could not connect to Disney App at all.

We are in the area once a year and will definitely stay here again. The property is well maintained, secure and in a great area. I couldn't have asked for a better room or better service.

Pros: proximity to Disney, amount of space in unit, private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, safe, clean. Cons: staff were nice but not welcoming, have to get parking pass from timeshare sellers, gym equipment is dated and doesn't all work, awful pillows. Provided shampoo and conditioner but not body wash. Bottom line: if you're looking for a clean and safe place to crash near Disney, with more space than a hotel room, this might be perfect for you. It's not fancy but it's comfortable.

Very close to Disney,ESPN and Disney Springs ✅ Staff were very friendly and helpful, all very happy people. ✅ Pool chairs and area was clean, parking lot being renovated was clean✅ I did not eat here so I can’t comment on the food. Shower did not drain, gross ❌ Shower tap extremely hard to to turn off had to use all my weight to get it to turn off ❌ Shower was not clean at all, shaving hairs all over the wall 🤮❌ Massive traffic after 4pm to get back to resort, what should have taken 7 mins turned into 35 mins. ❌ The rooms have paper thin walls, 4 nights I did not sleep well at all. The room that was joined with ours, I could hear their entire conversation clearly and the light from that room illuminated into our room. ❌ Hallway noise echoed into our room very loud ❌ The comforters are very thin and we were very cold all night even with the A/C turned to 76F. ❌ The blinds were broken ❌ The deck doors need oil or something they did not slide at all ❌ I would not stay here again, they have a lot to do to this resort to get it satisfactory, I’m not sure how they will reduce noise, but sleep is important to have a relaxing vacation and this is not the resort for that.

I had a great stay at Silver Lake Resort. It’s a clean, comfortable, and affordable option that offers excellent value for the area. The location is especially convenient, just minutes from Walt Disney World, making it easy to get to the parks without the high resort prices. The property is easy to access, well maintained, and ideal for families or anyone looking for a budget friendly stay near Disney. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte dort und hatten ein schönes renoviertes Zimmer. Das Bett war bequem und die Austattung in der Küche war gut. Das Badezimmer war hell und sauber. Die Pools waren schön und alles auf der Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Man ist sehr schnell in Disney und alles andere erreicht man auch gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: - Staff courteous, professional, and helpful. - Location - close to everything (Disney, food options, retail, etc) - Better option in comparison to "normal" hotel room. - Large pool area, with TV's, a bar, movie theater - Daily activities. - Onsite food options (for me this was at the bar) was very well priced and to my surprise was pretty good. - Parking - easy and free. - Room - Clean, clean, clean, with plenty of space (one bedroom suite with full kitchen, and balcony. Cons: - I know this is nitpicky but I would like to see a better showerhead. - Timeshare pitch - I didn't do the presentation but it was expected (it's Orlando) Overall - I would have no quarrels about staying here again and again. Excellent Place.

We had the two bedroom suite, it was amazing. The main room had a fully functioning kitchen, plenty of seating, and a washer and dryer. Having separate bathrooms came in handy for the four of us, also having separate sleeping quarters. The pools, theater, and other amenities were awesome as well!

The building and the room smelt like mold. The internet was horrible I couldn't get a connection to my phone or the TV. resort was conveniently close to Disney which was a plus, but other than that I probably won't return.

Overall I was satisfied here, we had a great stay. Like other reviews they get you as soon as you check in. It’s a timeshare so they are just doing their job. I passed on the free gifts and they were fine no pressure. Pool area is great, gym is great, rec center is awesome. Didn’t get to go to the movie theater but I bet it was great. The room we had a 2 bedroom villa and the space was great. Everything you need is in there. The cleanliness was not bad for a room that’s been heavily used. You can see the wear and tear but if you’re not that picky it was fine. We had a great stay there.

One bedroom villa was wonderful, full kitchen and laundry facilities. Stayed in 1900 building on fifth floor. Can see the fireworks from Disney on north side of building. Close to restaurants and Walmart.
