"We enjoyed our time here. Adam is very responsive. Although the listing indicates a "kitchen," you should know that the sink and stove-top are located outdoors and are uncovered. So if it rains, you're out of luck. Same with the outdoor sitting area, which is situated under nice, festive lights that are attached, unfortunately, to an overhead design that does not keep out the rain."

"We loved everything about the property. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive or good SUV to navigate the road to the property. But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. " The Hyatt Regency was absolutely the best place that I’ve ever stayed my two adult children and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Everyone there was so polite. The staff was wonderful very attentive. The rooms were gorgeous. I had the garden view just as beautiful as the ocean view with all the birds and the trees and the palm trees. Everywhere our rooms were cleaned every single day the staff at the bars were wonderful. Nefertiti was the best server ever she was with the sandbar, Israel was also wonderful. He was the welcoming staff Anthony was at Nori was our waiter who was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t rave enough about this place. I will say that this place is completely exclusive away from a lot of things it sits at the bottom of the rainforest in which the views are absolutely beautiful , the prices for the drinks the only thing that I can say was the average drink with taxes and gratuity cost $20 per drink, which was in a small cup to make the cups a little bit larger. The food and every restaurant was wonderful room service was absolutely perfect , and they even sent us all of the accommodations that we need I can’t rave about this place. Kayaking was awesome. The ocean was fantastic. The pool was wonderful. Everything about this place was phenomenal. I was suggest everybody to go here. "
