"Front desk staff were so very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel welcomed and well cared for during my stay. It’s also extremely convenient. Easy walk to the park, shopping and subway literally on the same block. "

"Liked the iPad use to control the room. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Check in and out very simple. Staff very friendly. Good size bed but a bit difficult to get in and out as bed is against the wall."

"We would stay again, BUT check-in was 4:00 PM, we could not get in to our room until 4:35. There was no clock in the room, no cups in the bathroom and only one bathrobe. since we were only staying one night we did not notify the staff. The cups provided for coffee were paper in spite of the fact that porcelain cups were shown on the website (we hate paper cups for hot drinks).The staff were very pleasant and friendly, and the Wheel Tapper Pub was great."

"Food boxes provided at breakfast with which to make a packed lunch. Free ice cream provided every afternoon in the lobby. Never known a hotel do this before. Good size bedroom with fantastic views of New York. Would definitely stay here if ever visit NY again."
