“Driveway is a little intimidating, but going slow is the key. The cabin is lovely and comfortable. Everything you need is there except a microwave, I’m not a big fan, so OK with me. Kitchen is well stocked with spices, silverware and dishes. My biggest compliment is that I didn’t want to leave! Could have stayed weeks, once I got used to be unconnected. Great place! ”

“We stayed here because we attended Juniata College’s graduation and this property allows a dog. We’ve booked other Aunt Suzie’s properties before and appreciate their professionalism & ease of communication. Their check in/check out procedures are very easy. A few notes about the property for others considering booking. It nicer on the inside than outside. The coffee maker is small. It’s not one of their luxury properties, they have so many nice ones. It’s woodsy setting makes it hard to keep……

“Absolutely charming property that gives plenty of privacy yet I’d minutes away to points if interests. The home has everything you may need - all kitchen needs, board games and activities Fireplace is wonderful as is the outdoor amenities ”

“The River House is a beautiful property. It is a gorgeous log home with the Susquehanna River as the backyard. The home was very clean and comfortable. The entire property is calm and relaxing. My husband was able to fish right on the river bank which was one of the main reasons for this trip. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely return for a stay in the fall. Thank you!”

“The place took my heart ❤️ Slightly disappointed that it didn’t seem swept inside and found quite a few outside lights were broken and a left behind air of someone’s pants. 👖 otherwise it was a serene stay and very relaxing. It has a hot tub but we didn’t use it as it was too chilly. All around loved this lil nook very very much and hope to come back 🥰”
