"The Maritime Hotel is charming and conveniently located in the Chelsea/Meatpacking District of New York close to the High Line Park. We loved the porthole window in our room. Staff was accommodating and everything was clean. We would definitely stay there again!"

For a New York hotel, the room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Everything was clean and we got a very reasonable rate through Expedia. "The rooms were comfortable and larger than your typical NYC room. They could use a refresh in their bathrooms as the tub was cracked and exposed in the corner. The hotel was in a great location away from all the craziness and noise but very close to walk to many locations such as the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Times Square, the Flatiron Building, or take the subway which was right on the corner of the same block. The best part was the amazing front desk staff, especially Paul....

"A lot of construction going on in front of the property,making it a little difficult to see the entrance; however, my room was on the 4th floor and was quiet."
