"The rooms were comfortable and larger than your typical NYC room. They could use a refresh in their bathrooms as the tub was cracked and exposed in the corner. The hotel was in a great location away from all the craziness and noise but very close to walk to many locations such as the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, Times Square, the Flatiron Building, or take the subway which was right on the corner of the same block. The best part was the amazing front desk staff, especially Paul....
