We were attending a funeral and need a place for a couple of days and this location work perfectly. Though we didn't get to the beach, we could see the entrance to the beach from the building. In addition, Gretchen has provided an extremely comfortable and immaculately clean place to stay with so many amenities it would be hard to list them all. “We had a great beach vacation and the location of this property is fantastic. Hit the beach every day, did a fishing charter, which is great for the kids and we even saw a rocket launch and the booster come back down to land right from the balcony.”

There was some unexpected construction that happened during our trip and Danny went above and beyond to keep us updated and make us feel at home. Honestly the construction didn't bother us at all. “This was our second stay at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time! We absolutely loved waking up to the beautiful sunrises over the ocean, the sounds of the waves as we fell asleep and the restaurant Coconuts on the Beach which is just next door. The location is perfect and while the pool looks underwhelming at first glance, it’s never crowded and my 12 and 15 year old love it! We enjoy the easy in and out access with the garage and are grateful to not have to get into a……

“Our condo was just beautiful and clean.. we saw the space shuttle from our balcony.. we were right in the downtown where the boat races were. Now.. the building is old, leaking water, needs work…they are doing some work so you can’t sit on your balcony Mon-Fri 8-5. But we were only there Thursday-Monday. Overall… great mentee made Thank you!”
