"The unit was very clean and well stocked. Views were amazing! Overall we were very happy with the unit. The only negatives were there was only parking for 1 vehicle and when we went down to the beach the Emerald Grand had their set up along the entire beach and we were rudely told we could not sit in or around their area and they directed us to the very end next to the rocks which was much further than we wanted to walk. This definitely needs to be noted in the unit summary!!!"

"This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. "Property was as described. Great room packed full of Nest smart home devices. One device was evidently some sort of alarm. Upon check-in, when I unplugged what looked like an Alexa to utilize the receptacle for something else, an obnoxiously loud alarm went off on this unknown device. It took a call to RealJoy, and the property manager a full hr to remove the device as it still was sounding off VERY loudly. "We loved this unit! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We loved having a pool just steps away from the back porch. The unit came with a beach wagon and chairs, which was so nice. We were able to request bikes and they were dropped off and picked up simply through your phone. I loved the location because we could bike to multiple restaurants, gas station, snowcones, etc. Loved bringing our pup too! We would have liked to know that dogs are not allowed...

The balcony is literally as close to the ocean as you can get and the walk to the beach on the boardwalk was very easy and doable with 2 kids.
