"The hotel staff, food and grounds were great! What wasn’t great is the wait to be shuttled to the other buildings. Also, the prices in the gift store were ridiculous! Like $400 for a large plush. I paid $18 for a few Advil. "

"10/10!! Amazing Stay & a Memorable Holiday here at RIU Palace. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We were a family of 4 with 2 kids and we LOVED Everything about the hotel. Cleanliness, Timely Housekeeping, Safe and Super Friendly Staff. LOTS of pool activities by RIU staff and a cute kids only water park @RIULand !! Lots of Meal and Dessert Options on the TWO Buffet style restaurants on property and a Lovely Ocean View seating @SanJose Italian restaurant. NO rude or forced timeshare conversations which is what we loved the MOST about RIU. IMP Note: I will HIGHLY Recommend doing the Online Pre Checkin before you arrive at the hotel. This abouds the long queues at reception. I did while on our way to the hotel in the convenient Destination Services Shuttle Bus and because of that our total check in process took like 5-10 minutes. Really. We will definitely come again .. Thankyou RIU Staff. "

"We had an awesome time at this resort!! The housekeeping staff are the best and kept our room in immaculate condition. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a ton of options to choose from and everything we tried was really good. The other restaurant options were good as well. The property is beautiful and literally a five minute walk to a beautiful indoor/outdoor mall. The only real complaint we had is that the steak we had at the steakhouse was a bit overcooked but it was seasoned really well. There was quite a bit of seaweed on the beach but that definitely didn’t stop us from going down and enjoying the water. We are looking forward to staying at more of the RIU properties in the future."
