I loved the property clean and the staff were amazing and friendly. Love the convenience of having different pools and buffet so u can choose. Over all the stay was a great experience. Only thing unable to come out of hotel without a ride exit was really far.

This was my second time staying at this resort and I’m sure I will be back again. When we arrived we pulled up to the riviera lobby and I was Told my reservation was actually at the sunset side. It was no problem because the concierge was helpful to get us checked in quickly and arranged the shuttle to take us to our rooms. The grounds of the resort are gorgeous! Great picture opportunities everywhere lol. The resort is huge so be prepared to walk, but they do have shuttles to take you around if need be. Also, Richard with BD experience was very helpful with booking our excursion. The only downside I would say was the beach was not very nice due to the excess seaweed everywhere, which was out of their control. But other than that, there are tons of pools and stuff to do! I’ll definitely be back again!!

We had an amazing time in the family areas. We love the pools. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the food in general. The service was great, but not the food.

AMAZING and BEST experience ever. The hospitality, the food, the experience, EVERYTHING was incredible. Hotel rooms were super clean, organized, staff was superb, easy to get around, resort is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be returning in the future!!

Just came back from our first trip to Grand Riviera Princess. We have nothing but positive things to say! We enjoyed every second of our trip. The whole resort is maintained beautifully. The staff were accommodating and nice. The food was great and there were many options to choose from. The resort is huge so it was nice getting to walk around. Adorable wildlife all around to see as well. There was lots of entertainment as well as quieter pool areas for a more relaxed time. This place truly has something for everyone. We will definitely be returning.
