"Beautiful view from our room. Especialy when we had our one room upgraded to two rooms from the higher floors. It was clean throughout but not enough duvets for the 6th person. They wanted to charge us extra for that initially. Not enough elevators during peak hours, too! Also, one of the young ushers at the dining hall, Priya gave me a difficult time during breakfast, trying to make me sit elsewhere when she noticed that I wanted to sit at a 6-seater table. There were 6 of us in our rooms...

"Our stay at the Tower hotel was great. We was amazed with the view of Niagara Falls from out room. We had breakfast at the Ihop on the 26th floor. It was tasty but too expensive, even with the view. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They have some renovations going on but it didn't interfere with our stay."
