"Very well costumer service rooms were comfy and very clean had wonderfully view on the 21st floor my wife left her white gold necklace in the bathroom after we checked out we came back a hour later and we where available to retrieve it. The representative with in the front hispanic with curly hair very professional 👌 customer services a1!"

"Pretty good room, a little small but just right for someone traveling alone. It’s located on Little Italy so there’s always something going on. If you’re into Italian food, there’s lots of restaurants. Centrally located, so everything is nearby. "

"The hotel is situated in the heart of the Gas Lamp District with plenty of bars, restaurants and entertainment options. The hotel restaurant was super and the staff is above the mark! On our first night, after a flight delay, we were hungry and thirsty. Our waitperson Chloe was welcoming and kind. We had margaritas in our hands right away! During our stay we had Lisa as our waitperson 3 times and she was awesome every time! She clearly loves her job, greeting guests with a big smile and attending to our family and grandson like we were her family. Front desk, valet, poolside…all was great! "
