"Good location. The front house enjoys majority of amenities. It was unclear we would be sharing the property with other units and may have caught flack for other tenants having their own hot tub experience. Numerous shops and restaurant options within walking or bike distance. Beach access just two blocks away. Would visit again if assured we would not be responsible for amenity use while we were away from the home."

The house is great, it has a shared patio with the next door rental, which depending on the neighbors could be fun. The house itself was clean, spacious and very well situated. It was so clean and so comfortable. The location is unbeatable, and the cost was reasonable. The oceanfront suite gave us everything we wanted for this 25th Anniversary vacation."

"I was there for a tournament and the location was perfect, the commute was easy and direct. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking was a challenge nightly but other than that my stay was great! We felt safe walking back to the house even when we had to park far away. Thank you."

"Great setting right on Mission Beach, close to restaurants. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Parking at $35 a day is a poke in the eye but that is nature of area. Building exterior could do with refurbishment and the week we were there the smell of weed permeated the passages - not a good image for a non-smoking family hotel. Otherwise enjoyed it. "
