"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I went with a friend & we had separate classic rooms & they were very comfortable & well looked after. I had a view of The Crescent. The spa facilities were absolutely amazing! Zoe was my masseur & was excellent. The hotel restaurant was faultless too. Staff were attentive & nothing was too much trouble. Toby in the bar was so customer focussed & had a good sense of humour & very efficient. The only negative was the inside of the wardrobe in my friend’s room...
