From willingness to change the food menu, having a super late spa experience so we could fit it in to seeing someone struggling with snorkelling on an excursion and providing assistance so they could see all a turtle. "The people are so nice. So many friendly staff members. Good was great and changed items on the buffet every day. Spacious, clean, beautiful resort. Private snorkeling beach on the back of the island. 2 morning tours and 1 afternoon tour that will take you to most of the good stops of tours a, b, and c for free. The staff to guest ratio is the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone was quick to answer any questions or guide you in a direction. "

"We have limited meal options. No beef meal was available when we stayed due to limited/no supply following a big event. Otherwise, we have an excellent stat. "I booked room one, a family room, as it was the last room available at the time. I didn’t need the additional space but it was worth the additional cost for the view. There was seating and two sun beds on the deck overlooking the bay. Unrestricted water views. The hotel isn’t new, but gets five stars for the view and the excellent food. "

Complimented by the top notch service from their team and staff, there is nothing you can ask for but to wish that your stay could have been longer or that the experience will not end soon. The amenities are good and enough and I am sure could be better but the quality of service you get is what makes it standout and special. My words can not give justice to the whole experience so you must try it!!!. Shoutout to each and every member of their team for a job very well done. Special mention to Ms. Jen Taduran and Mac for making our stay extra special and for leading a team worthy of recognition."
