"This is the perfect place for a family who wants to be near a beautiful city but needs to relax and entertain young children too. The pools are brilliant after time spent in the city. The staff are wonderful and the whole environment is chilled and accessible."

"The Market Urban hotel was one of the best hotels in Europe that we’ve stayed at. The room was large and spacious, with fantastic air conditioning. Our bathroom had a tub which is rare. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast offered was really good. The location was very central to everything Florence has to offer. Without a doubt, I will stay here when we return. "

"I spent 3 nights at the c-hotels Ambasicatori while visiting Florence to see the MotoGP event in Mugello. The hotel is right next to the train station, which makes it pretty convenient to everything in Florence. City is small and walkable. Checking was nice and staff let me check in early as i was traveling from the US. I got a room with a nice balcony overlooking the main train station. The area is active and noisy. This is not anything to do with the hotel. The room is quiet considering the activity in the area. Staff was pleasant and helpful for all my questions. I had a drink at the bar and breakfast one day. Both were good experiences. Thanks for a good stay!"

"We loved the hotel and we loved Florence. The front desk staff was phenomenal and so helpful. They were very friendly. The breakfast every morning was delightful. We had to leave early in the morning before breakfast was open and they had a breakfast bag for us for our travels. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this hotel."

"Looks small from outside, but it’s clean and cozy inside. Site is basically walking from the sites, train station and good restaurants. Staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention to Angela and Clark who are caring and swift to assist. "
