"Great location "

"This house was excellent for our family of 8! The kids all had their own room, tons of bathroom and very spacious. Every area was clean! Towels in linen closets for us. All the amenities including a keurig with coffee available. Washer and dryer with laundry detergent available. The pool was awesome too including the pool in the neighborhood! We had a blast! You can also order food from DoorDash and get it delivered. Game Room was so fun! Smart TV’s everywhere! Couldn’t ask for a better home!...

"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."

"2nd time staying I’m storey lake . Kids love the house , pool, hot tub, and game rooms.by his house was little further away from club house than the last house we stayed in. My grandkids enjoyed riding their bikes to clubhouse but we still loved our stay.."

"The apartment was nice size, I had marked on my application that I was handicapped and being on the second floor was a little problematic. The bed in the master bedroom was a torture rack, after a few hours we discovered that the twin beds were much more comfortable and that is where we slept. But the twin beds are noisy when you attempt to change positions. The toilet seat in the hall bathroom is lose and needs attention. I was really astounded that the sliding glass door was still in a state...

"This was such an amazing property for our family. Great location for my family to enjoy the parks and an excellent pool and game room to unwind with after a long day. Communication with the property management was speedy and super helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be a location at the top of our list to visit again when we are in the area! Thanks again for a great stay!"

"There is not one negative thing I could say about this property. We were in Florida for my daughter’s cheer comp and her brothers had to tag along. The house provides perfect space for everyone to be comfortable, the pool was great entertainment for everyone. The location was fantastic. The host was so kind and helpful!"

"Upon check in we were pleasantly surprised based on some of the harsh reviews we had seen. A very nice big space for us to relax in and the villa was situated in a quiet and secure community. A nice little welcome pack provided us with some cleaning products and the house was fully stocked with fresh towels for use which was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the air con was welcomed greatly. The pool was bigger than we anticipated from the pictures, very clean and had its chemical levels...

"This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response"
