"Good location. Close to pretty much everything you would want to walk to. There's a couple little grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream places, bars, surf shops, and of course the beach. The house itself has pots, pans, dishes, glasses, ect so you can cook. They left plenty of beach towels for just the two of us and had a beach wagon all ready to go as well. "This house was perfect for 13 adults (we got cozy), tons of room for all and the backyard was excellent for hanging out. Kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook and grill out. Only issue was landscaping on the outside patio. Lots of weeds and grass was overgrown. Besides that, great place to stay."

"Overall we had a great time. The house was clean and location was perfect. Bruce was easy to communicate with. We were disappointed that although the house advertised "fully fenced yard", it did not mention that it is a shared yard with another unit. Also it was not really fully fenced; we had to put something to block off one of the entrances. Other than that we were very happy."

"My husband, me and my daughter stayed there. It was a wonderful location and we had a great time. Just a very short distance from the beach and other places. The rooms were very roomy, clean and well done. Everything about Coconut Villas was perfect! If ever in town again, we would definitely stay there. Thanks Ali for a wonderful trip. "This beautiful home was the perfect place for us to stay for our daughter’s college graduation. Extremely spacious, fantastic for our friends and family to stay and celebrate. Plenty of parking, huge yard, swimming pool, game room. Kitchen and dining room were perfect!!! I definitely recommend this to anyone with a large family or group of friends."

"My daughter and I stayed at this property for 6 nights in June 2023. This property is located in a community with a pool that is not busy at all and is away from all the beach craziness, specifically traffic and people. There are beaches easily drivable in 15-30 minutes. They are fairly close but there is lots of traffic to get anywhere so somewhere that is 5 miles away will take that long to get to. "Cozy condo with lanai to relax on. Pool was a 2 minute walk and was never crowded. Homeowner provided everything we needed...beach towels, outdoor chairs, even a Keurig. There was an issue with the refrigerator leaking and Sharlene replaced it. She was very easy to contact and responded right away. The condo is about a mile walk to Main St. Safety Harbor and the Safety Harbor Spa. We enjoyed our stay."
