「The floor and dishes were dirty. No cups in a full kitchen. Window above bed won’t close making it super cold at night. The limited amount of parking made doing anything outside the area challenging.」

Hosts are quick in the responses and it’s a perfect set up, a few blocks from the beach and an easy stroll to the Huntington Pier. Ideal vacation spot!」

「Our stay at this Newport Beach home in early April was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most incredible unobstructed views of the beach. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The house's location was ideal for us. It was close enough to the coffee shop and restaurants that we could easily grab a bite to eat or a cup of coffee, yet far enough away that we could enjoy some peace and quiet. 「Overall a great vacation rental within walking distance to Disney. The place could use a good scrub as the walls, doors,light switches were all pretty dirty. Non of the drains drained properly. All nessesities there. Could see fireworks from outside. Pull oit couch would be nice.」

My family enjoyed the arcade as it created some fun competitiveness between us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to rebook this condo. 「We are a family of 6 and drove the 15 minutes each morning to Disney. This location is amazing. Lots of shopping and food choices very close by. Including in N out and Costco. Host was wonderful! Highly recommend - very simple occomodations - nothing super fancy, just comfortable and quiet place.」
