"I was blown away!!! They are absolutely amazing!!! We had a 10 hr delay and upon arrival they met us with sparkling wine, directions to restaurants that were open late since we didn’t get to the hotel till after 11pm hungry and exhausted. But the best thing to me are the staff, who are all VERY helpful and cheerful. You can have a lovely building, rooms, food etc, but if the staff aren't pleasant then it's not good. "Stayed at the hotel from May 26 to June 1 and had a wonderful time. Check in was easy and our room was ready with a nice welcome fruit basket. We appreciated the personalized touch. Each day our room was cleaned, towels restocked, as well as bottled water. There was lots of selection for breakfast.
