"Great small hotel to stay in. 12 rooms each individual to make very homely. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice touch daily complimentary treat. Good breakfast and good coffee. "

"Beautiful heritage hotel. Room was awesome with great AC. Need reservation for the restaurant. Staff is nice and serviceable. Afternoon tea by the pool is great. Walking distance to many restaurants, hawker places and sights. Taxi ordered bu the hotel is more expensive than through Grab though."

"The building (hotel) is quite old and run down unlike 7 years ago where we stayed.However, the excellent services provided by Kasturi and particularly Joey was outstanding! Joey shows much patience and kindness and takes time and effort to explain to us repeatedly when approached. Joey is definitely a valuable asset to Le Dream and highly commendable. 👍👍"

"The service at the reception was good. But the attitude from the cleaning staff was bad. One of the cleaning staff showed his anger while changing the bed sheets. After check in we discovered the bed sheets got stain. We requested to change the bed sheets. I had to made three times phone calls than the cleaning staff came to our room. While the cleaning staff changing the bed sheets, I saw blood stains on the mattress protector and the mattress! We felt so disgusted. "
