"The hotel has very nice location close to Kyoto station, has nice views from the room, the windows can be opened for fresh air. The double rooms are too small for 3 people even the premium room on high floor. The bathroom is small as well, but other facilities- lobby, breakfast are fine. It was too crowded at breakfast time, there is a waiting line for min 10-15 minutes.."
