「Each unit is unique and a pleasure to experience. The property has a pool and hot tub, laundry room. A short walk to the beach without having to find parking. A nice park median in Venice Avenue for walks. Convenient to historic downtown Venice and major streets and highways.」

「I like the design of the property. There is a yard within all the rooms where you can swim in the pool or have a cup of coffee in the chairs next to the trees. Staff were friendly and they kept the room clean. 」

「This property was a perfect getaway. You are literally right on a private beach. Nokomis beach is right down the road or beach. North jetty for fishing. We saw manatees swimming right down the beach. This was an amazing stay in an amazingly beautiful area of south Florida. I cant wait to return. My only regret is not staying here longer.」

「The room was great for the price but the refrigerator didn't close and the pool wasn't available. Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. But I'd stay again based on the room and price. 」

「Such a nice low-key place for my family. Quiet, secure, clean and near the beach. Certainly a bit older (I felt like I was in an episode of golden girls :) but clean, spacious, and everything in working order. Front office staff was very helpful and friendly. They had cruiser bikes for use and strainers to find shark teeth at the beach. Fantastic value for me and my family. Earlier in the week we stayed at a very high-end hotel in Orlando, however my kids all vote for us to go back to...

「Was able to see the room prior to paying for it. Older nostalgic motel but our room was remodeled in its entirety and was great-everything modern updates. Quite, close to stores, restaurant,, beach only 13 minutes away. Safe area. Only an over night stay but would stay again. The pool was open and working!!」
