Often staff was not present when needed them - noticed there was empty coffee cups and garbage in the common areas all day long never picked up while staff was chatting in the halls. “The resort itself is very nice! There are many activities to indulge in, the staff are all extremely pleasant and helpful, and it is very clean. The only negative is that there is very little in terms of stores or restaurants nearby within walking distance. “The hotel was in a nice quiet location but within 15 minutes to the airport or great restaurants and plenty of shopping. The hotel is very nice and clean, the room was great, they have the best beds in the business. The pool area lacked shade, no umbrellas for such a hot sunny area, but everything else was perfect.”

For maybe $8 more per night than the nearby busget options (BW and La Quinta) I had a hotel that included a hot breakfast every morning and a suite with a complete kitchenette (pots, pans, induction stove top, microwave, fridge, dishes, and dishwasher), a dining room area, a living room area, and a large bedroom.
