“This rental is absolutely everything you need for a quick trip to 30a! Not only was the property itself spectacular (clean, nicely decorated, comfortable) but the location absolutely can’t be beat! Walking distance to local favorites like Black Bear Bread Co., Hurricane Oyster bar and more. The parking lot where the local transit picks up for beach access is directly across the street - making your beach days totally seamless. Less than 10 minute drive to Seaside. “Spent a peaceful week in a beautiful little home. Two bedrooms, a living room dining room and kitchen gave us just the right amount of space. Just a couple steps from the beach and a 2 minute stroll to the center of the idyllic little town of Seaside made this a trip to remember. Can't wait to come back to visit our new beach "get-a-way"!”

Just a disclaimer this is is a max capacity of I would say 2, maybe 3 adults, or 2 adults and a child, I would not book it for a party bigger than that. There could be a bigger shower and a washer/dryer setup but other than that we had a flawless stay!”

“The condo is just as described. Beach access is very convenient although the closest one was under construction. The public beach access is just a couple blocks down, which we prefer because it has access to a bathroom. The condo was nice and the pool and laundry facilities were clean. The space is a bit cramped so I would not recommend for more than 2 people. There is really nowhere to hang clean clothes and nowhere to store suitcases so if you’re the kind of person who doesn’t like to live out……
