"Our stay at the BLR was nice and pleasant. I have been staying at this location since the early 90's and ownership has changed hands a few times. 1. Room wasn't ready upon arrival. There's a 2nd location down the street, if the units are overbooked at the BLR Resort, you can expect to stay down the road at the BLR Apmt, you will have access to the pool, but it is not onsite at the Apmt. 2. "What a lovely place to stay, very unique and personable. Whole place is amazing, large spacious bedroom, lots of quiet nooks around the hotel to sit and relax, pool is beautiful as is the grounds which has lots of peacocks to enjoy looking at. Would have loved to have stayed longer. An easy walk from the lovely Carlisle bay with the great white sandy beach with lots of restaurants and bars. Hotel also had a lovely bar and restaurant.
