"The hotel staff were nice, efficient and accommodating, and helped to make my stay really easy and wonderful. The room is spacious, the bathroom is huge. "Overall quite satisfactory for the price paid. The staff was friendly, helpful. They help the big group of us get taxis and provided luggage storage after checkout so that we could continue our visits till departure time. They also shared useful tips on good food nearby. The rooms were reasonable for the prices paid. The apartment location was great for visiting Westlake and surrounding attractions. Will recommend this Service Apartment to any visitor to Westlake."
