"This property was so beautiful, its close to everything. It reminds me of vegas wifh a beach. "

"Was disappointed to hear loud jack hammering while trying to relax around the pool. Also disappointed we had a nice balcony view of ocean and unable to open window slider to hear the ocean. Also was not aware valet rate is $65 per day! However beautiful hotel, staff were amazing and buffet was delicious. "

"The Staff, the Luau, the location, and view from our balcony were great. It was noisier than I would have liked with kids in the pool and adults late at night. Also the rules about the daily card/towels were unclear. We were never charged but it was inconvenient to not be able to get towels before 8am and not be able to keep them over night."

We didn't know that we had to ask ahead of time for our room to be cleaned (it would have at least been nice to be told), the pool was rather small for the size of the site, the...

"This was our second time staying at the Kona Castle Reef . This oceanfront unit was comfortable, tidy and an excellent layout. Some of the lighting fixtures seemed dated and Could use replacement . Having the bbq’s there as an alternative cooking option was fantastic. We can’t wait to visit again next year and hopefully secure the same unit as we did this time ."
