"I love visiting Helsingborg and this hotel is in a great location near the train and bus station in the heart of downtown. The staff is very friendly, breakfast has an incredible selection at a high quality, and the design and decor of the hotel is fabulous. I was disappointed, however, that there was no way to get to and from the hotel via ramp - there were only steps. The elevator also had issues. "Nice, helpful staff from Reception to Housekeeping. I did enjoy staying here, but when I checked in, I was advised the room was ready. It became apparent that it wasn’t; basics like tea/coffee and toiletries had not been replaced from prior traveller. I also found some long black hair in between the mattresses, and it wasn’t mine. "Stayed for 3 nights friendly and helpful staff very fast and personal check in. Facilities were great loved the pool sauna and hot tub which were included. Did not visit the spa. Plenty of bikes for exploring. Nice walk to the sea front for more bathing opportunities and one shop with a few restaurants. Decor was beautiful. First time in Sweden and will certsinly be back "

"Very nice hotel located in the heart of Helsingborg. Brkfst Buffet was FANTASTIC! Our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the Ferry to/from Denmark, so city noise was mostly bearable. We HAD to have the window open in order to keep our room somewhat comfortable for sleeping, though We also requested a portable fan to blow on us at night. In other words, no AC available when the room is warmer than your preference. "

"Located right in the centre of Helsingborg, the V Hotel provided us with cleanliness, polite and tentative staff and a room which was on the smaller side compared to normal. However, from previous experience from staying within Scandinavia, we knew this was normal.
